Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom and delicate nature of abayas, we do not accept returns once an order has been completed and delivered. However, we offer exchanges only if:

There is a manufacturing defect
Alterations must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unwashed and in its original condition.
Altered abayas are not eligible for exchange.
